We recently had a heat pump replaced by Norris Mechanical. It’s the second installation they’ve done for us in the past few years. The results were excellent in both cases. We asked for a quote for a new HVAC last week & were really impressed with the prompt, professional service. Our new unit was installed two days ago and the indoor comfort of our home has improved nicely. The installers, Heath, Ricardo & Ryan did a great job. They took great care with our home as they worked. Drop clothes were put on the stairs & floors before starting to remove the old equipment & install the new unit. Super quiet unit, easy digital thermostat. Highly recommend Hersey and his staff!

Heath and Ezekiel were Awesome. We had continuous plumbing issues that we had called multiple plumbers to diagnose and repair. They had us spend thousands on new septic lines that we did not need . Norris Mechanical came out and ran a camera through our main drain line and found our issue right away . They even repaired and replaced our line that was damaged in 3 places on a Saturday. Thank you so very much .

Needed to have 2nd floor system replaced after Ryan tried to revive failing unit. Received quick response on quote and replacement of system. In short, their team exceeded expectations since compared to what 2004 system looked and operated like is complete overhaul working more efficient, quiet, and perfect. We will be ready for them to come back next spring and replace downstairs system due to age and needing upgrade. Thanks again to the Norris team.

In the 1980's I was building a cottage and had Hersey Norris install a heat pump. It lasted approx. 30 years, which is unbelievable. It finally quit in July, 2018, hottest time of the year. I contacted Norris Mechanical and they installed a new system at my convenience . Two Tech's installed it in one day. Thanks for a job well done.

technician came out on annual maintenance contract. I told him I thought I heard a noise. he indicated possible a bearing in the air handling unit. Second technician came out a couple of weeks later and no bearing problem but showed me that apparently the noise I heard was air passing over return duct grate. When he opened the grate the noise disappeared, still charged $100.

Great service, reasonable price. We have energy savings agreement on our home and on a rental. When the older system on the rental needed service, they came out on Saturday and fixed it before the renters noticed we had an issue. Norris installed two new systems in our home. We haven't had a unscheduled service call on those since they were installed 4 years ago. Quality service.

We recently had our GEO Thermal Units and Ducts replaced and we can’t say enough good things about them. Hersey and his guys are wonderful, great service, and very professional! They went above and beyond. We will continue to use Norris Mechanical for our air conditioning and heating services. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system or if you are just having a problems with your existing system!

We had a great experience with Norris Mechanical Services. Hersey Norris knows his products well, and has a great team to support him. It was very helpful to have Mr Norris come over and conduct the review for estimate since he not only performed a very thorough review, but was able to match or better price his quote when other estimates were compared. The install crew was well trained and very professional. Kevin and Rumo as well as the others completed the install of two systems for us in one day, so we were not left in a cold home overnight. Their work was outstanding. We highly recommend that you include Norris Mechanical in your HVAC needs. They are fair, honest and hard working, and Mr Norris is a man of his word. We thank Mr Norris and team for their excellent service.
